Come listen and discover the history of effervescence in Burgundy, for 300 years.
Thomas Labbé will present the result of his 3 years of research and reflection.
 
Round table in the presence of Thomas Labbé, PhD in history, PArHis (Heritage-Archive-History), Pierre du Couëdic, UPECB General Delegate and Manon Remy Dumey, elaborator of the house Paul Chollet in Savigny les Beaune.
 
At the end of this meeting, dedication of the book and commented tasting of 2 glasses of Crémant.
