Description
Hot, dry years are becoming the norm, and 2026 is yet another example. Given these conditions, how can we address water scarcity?
Water is a precious resource that must be protected and shared. Vines have developed strategies to cope with drought. Selecting the right plant material and implementing appropriate cultivation practices from the moment of planting help boost vineyard resilience. Together, we will explore these strategies and consider the best ways to adapt viticulture to changing climatic conditions.
