Presentation
An introductory immersion, glass in hand, into the fascinating world of Burgundy wine aromas and flavors.
To know
DescriptionTasting Days are often held on a Saturday. They are designed to introduce you, glass in hand, to the methodology and practice of wine tasting.
Learn to look at, smell and taste white wines, red wines and Crémant de Bourgogne, and identify their aromas. Storage, serving and food pairing are also covered.
After a tasting lunch, the afternoon is devoted to discovering terroirs and appellations, with a landscape reading in the Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune, followed by a commented tasting on the themes of terroirs and vintages.
At the end of the day, you'll feel more at ease in front of a glass of Burgundy, and you'll begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
This course is open to anyone with no prior knowledge of the wine world, Burgundy wines or wine tasting.
Price per person: €250.00
