L'Ecole des vins de Bourgogne introduces you to Burgundy wine and food pairing through practical, fun and gourmet exercises.
Over the course of the workshops, you'll discover the latest vintage through a horizontal tasting of 5 wines, then tantalize your taste buds with a tasting of 5 other wines accompanied by their appetizers. This workshop will give you a better understanding of the interactions at play between the different elements.
This fun, sensory experience is open to all with no prior knowledge of Burgundy gastronomy, cuisine or wines.
Led and supervised by a specialized trainer from the Ecole des Vins and Domaine Coste-Caumartin in Pommard.
