This lecture will present scientific findings on the impact of viticultural practices on biodiversity and the role soil plays in ensuring sustainable wine production amidst climate change. Soil thus emerges as an essential factor for the resilience and sustainability of Burgundy vineyards.
Presentation by Lionel Ranjard, Research Director at INRAE Dijon,
featuring the participation of the Burgundy Wine Committee and Thibault Liger-Belair, President of GEST.
