DescriptionThe 45' workshops are held at the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne in Beaune. They are open to anyone aged 18 and over (minors are not allowed), with no prior knowledge of Burgundy wines.
45 minutes to discover different combinations of Burgundy wines and regional dishes. From the nature of the dish to its detailed analysis, seek culinary harmony by defining the main principles of food and wine pairing.
This workshop is illustrated by a commented tasting of 5 Burgundy wines accompanied by 5 mouthfuls of emblematic regional products.
The diversity of Burgundy wines allows for infinite pairings with all the cuisines of the world!
