This exceptional wine tasting course, dedicated to the Grands Crus of Burgundy, reveals the entire history of a region, from its vineyards to the know-how of its winemakers.
This tasting course is open to all, although it is recommended for wine lovers with some prior knowledge of Burgundy wines and wine tasting.
Facilitated by a trainer from the Ecole des vins (oenologist or sommelier); Educational documentation; Lecture with video projection; Guided tasting of 8 Grands Crus de Bourgogne appellations.
